Delete your Boofoll account

In the app: open You → Delete account and confirm.

On the web: sign in at boofoll.com with the same account and open You → Delete account.

No access to your account? Email contato@boofoll.com from your registered address asking for deletion; we reply within 30 days.

Your login, name, email, professional profile, uploaded and generated resumes, cover letters, CV photo, saved jobs, applications journey, folders, attachments, coach conversations and notification preferences.

Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately (web and Google Play). On the App Store, you cancel it yourself on your iPhone.

Payment records required by tax law, for the legal period.

An anonymous record (date, country and plan), with nothing that identifies you, for statistics.

If you had paid days left, an irreversible code derived from your email (not the email itself) so those days can be returned if you sign up again.
